By downloading, accessing, or using the Vibe Skin AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

Vibe Skin AI is an AI-powered mobile application that provides:

• Comprehensive skin health assessment across 14 different metrics
• Personalized morning and evening skincare routine recommendations
• Progress tracking and routine completion streak monitoring
• Seasonal skincare adjustments tailored for Indian climate conditions
• Product recommendations through affiliate partnerships
• Educational content about skincare and skin health

3. Account Requirements and User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

• Email verification is mandatory for account access
• You must provide accurate profile information including age, gender, and skin concerns
• Each user may maintain only one account; account sharing is prohibited
• Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account
• Users under 18 must have parental consent to use the App

3.2 User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your skin concerns and profile
• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App

4. Content and Usage Restrictions

• Upload only clear, frontal face photos taken in good lighting
• Photos must show your actual face without filters, makeup removal apps, or heavy editing
• One person per photo; group photos are not acceptable for analysis
• Photos should be recent (taken within the last 30 days for accurate analysis)

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload or submit:

• Inappropriate, offensive, or explicit images
• Photos of other individuals without their consent
• Fake, AI-generated, or heavily manipulated images
• Non-face images or images that do not show human skin
• Content that violates any third party's rights

4.3 Usage Limitations

• Analysis requests are limited to prevent system overload (minimum 2-second intervals)
• Daily analysis limits may apply to maintain service quality
• Commercial use or bulk analysis for business purposes is prohibited

5. AI Analysis Disclaimers

5.1 Nature of AI Analysis

• All analysis results are AI-generated estimates based on image processing
• Results are not medical diagnoses, medical advice, or professional dermatological assessments
• Recommendations are general skincare suggestions, not medical treatments
• Seasonal adjustments are based on general Indian climate patterns and may not reflect local conditions

5.2 Medical Disclaimer

• Seek immediate medical attention for sudden skin changes, rashes, or concerning symptoms
• Discontinue use of any recommended products if you experience adverse reactions
• Individuals with known skin conditions should consult their dermatologist before following AI recommendations

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

• The Vibe Skin AI app, including its design, algorithms, user interface, and content, is owned by us
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our exclusive property
• AI analysis algorithms and recommendation systems are proprietary technology
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App

6.2 User-Generated Content

• You retain rights to photos you upload for analysis
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your photos
• We do not claim ownership of your personal photos or data
• Photos are processed for analysis purposes only and are not permanently stored

6.3 Third-Party Services

• Google Gemini AI technology is used under license from Google
• Firebase services are provided by Google Cloud Platform
• Respect all third-party intellectual property rights

7. Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI analysis results
